P.C Bodiwala & Associates successfully executed planning, designing & construction activities for Mr. Amit D. Gajjar at his Kapodra Factory site location for rented income. The factory was set up on an area spanning 50,000 sft. P.C Bodiwala’s Industrial Consultants and Contractors assisted the Client by creating and reviewing plans, measuring standards and providing assessment services for the project. The construction work was carried out on SFT basis and designing work on percentage (%) basis.
