HAPPINEX HOTEL

P.C Bodiwala & Associates successfully implemented the planning, designing & construction of Happinex Hotel; which spans across an area of 8000 sft, featuring 18 rooms. P.C Bodiwala’s Project Management Consultants and Architectural Planners assisted the Client on formulating and reviewing of the hotel construction plans, assessing safety and other standards, providing evaluation services and construction work on lock and key basis. The finished project was handed over on turnkey basis.
