Currently one of the World’s largest Hotel Chains, OYO Hotels hired P.C Bodiwala & Associates for the planning, designing & construction activities of OYO Project, under A.V Hospitality. The OYO Project consists of a spectacular 40-Room Boutique Hotel spanning across an area of 16,000 sft. P.C Bodiwala’s Project and Construction Management Consultants, and Architectural Planners also provided the client with the required design layouts, cost analysis and schedule evaluation services in order to ensure the timely execution of the project which was to be handed over on a turn-key basis.
